Rob Seibert is the President, U.S. and Canada, for the Off-the-Road (OTR) tire business at Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations (BATO), a position he has held since December 2020. In this role, Rob leads all mining and construction tire sales, marketing and field engineering in the United States and Canada, while playing a key role at the global level in supporting global business strategy.

Rob joined Bridgestone in 2015 as marketing manager for the OTR business and was promoted to marketing director in 2017. From there, Rob was promoted to executive director of sales for the OTR business, where he was responsible for leading original equipment and replacement tire sales in North America for the construction and mining industries.

Prior to joining Bridgestone, Rob spent six years at P&H Mining Equipment, the surface mining products division of Joy Global. During his tenure with P&H Mining Equipment, Rob held several roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as a product manager and district manager.

From 2002 to 2009, Rob served as an officer in United States Army. As a veteran, Rob is now involved in the Bridgestone Americas Veterans Organization (BRAVO), an Employee Resource Group (ERG) that champions military causes and service organizations in Nashville and throughout Middle Tennessee.

Rob holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Denise C. Johnson is a group president of Caterpillar Inc. She has responsibility for Resource Industries (RI), which includes Integrated Components and Solutions Division, RI Operations and Products Division, RI Sales, Services and Technology Division, and Strategic Procurement and Planning Division.

Johnson joined Caterpillar in 2011 and previously had a career with General Motors, where she built deep expertise in operations and product management. In 2012, the Caterpillar Board of Directors named Johnson vice president and she was named group president of Resource Industries in April of 2016.

Johnson, a native of Portland, Michigan, graduated from Michigan State University in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. She earned dual master’s degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1997 as a Fellow of the MIT Leaders for Global Operations program.

Johnson is a member of numerous outside boards, including National Mining Association Board of Directors, National Association of Manufacturers, The Mosaic Company, ABB Ltd, MIT Leaders for Global Operations Governing Board, and the US Chamber of Commerce. She is also a board member of the Caterpillar Foundation and a board member for the company’s Women’s Initiative Network employee resource group.

Lawrenda Enam Adzomani is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programme officer at ICMM. Her work focuses on collaborating with ICMM members and external stakeholders to establish a collective leadership position on DEI and developing research, technical guidance, practical tools and resources to support members’ performance. Prior to ICMM, Lawrenda was a Diversity and Inclusion Associate in the Audit and Accounting Industry, spearheading the implementation of a multifaceted I&D strategy across 16 African countries, and curating corporate responsibility programming for West Africa.

Barbara Dischinger is passionate about the advancement & promotion of women. She set up Women in Mining UK in April 2006 and International Women in Mining in November 2007.

Barbara worked in executive search for 15 years of which 9 years in mining prior to joining the WISE Campaign (Women in Science and Engineering) in 2015 to advance her knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion, role she held for 4 years. She sat on the steering committee of Women in Rail in the UK from 2015 to 2020.

Since January 2019 she divides her time between the international mentoring programme she helped develop and delivering IWiM’s growth strategy.

Kevin is a distinguished professional and visionary thought leader with nearly three decades of direct experience in Environment Social & Governance (ESG) and more recently Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) related issues in mining. His career has focused on creating sustainable business value, combined with social purpose, through informed ESG strategic planning, and real tactical operational implementation for value protection and creation. He has conscientiously overseen the recruitment, development, and retention of multi-cultural and diverse talent in company-wide HSEC and security functions. He has led teams in multiple company processes, including acquisitions, restructurings, turnarounds, consolidations, and divestments whilst navigating unique ESG-related due diligence, and host country permitting and regulatory requirements.

Kevin has gained wide-ranging knowledge, and both strategic and operational experience, in a variety of consultancy, managerial, and senior/executive leadership roles from remote exploration camps, construction sites, and operational mines, to Corporate and even Ministerial offices. He has expertly led, guided, and collaborated with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams to address and resolve conflict; reach consensus to secure and maintain local and Indigenous community acceptance (social license to operate); and the creation of sustainable socio-economic value and robust environmental performance.

Kevin has amassed direct operational experience in over fifty countries worldwide, especially in developing countries and fragile post-conflict areas. He is known for his strong cross-cultural competency and deliberate relationship-based approach, He has also worked extensively as a strategic advisor on extractive industry-related developmental programs for major NGOs and with International Funding Institutions (IFIs), including the World Bank, DFID, ILO, and several UN agencies supporting emerging market Governments on policy reform and investment programs.

Kevin has overseen multi-level government relations and regulatory permitting in numerous jurisdictions coupled with meeting stringent international level financing conditionality for both strategic and tactical ESG-related performance requirements. He has proactively met Board, investor, lender, and key stakeholder expectations and the requirements of numerous ESG related performance and disclosure standards including (ICMM, RGMPs, IFC, EBRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB, etc) through the development of strong internal oversight controls and robust reporting procedures.

Jackie Glenn is a prominent and reputable contributor to the diversity, equity and inclusion industry. Debra Hamlin is currently the Director of Operations for the Bridgestone Commercial Dealer Network (BCDN) at Bridgestone Americas. Ms. Hamlin oversees leadership and operational support of the BCDN, including (but not limited to) EHS support, expanded service capabilities, and Emergency Road Service and Breakdown support for over 200 Commercial Dealers in the BCDN. Prior to her current role, Ms. Hamlin served as the EHSS Director for the Commercial Division of Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations (BATO).

Ms. Hamlin has numerous years of experience and leadership around Fundamental Safety Activities for the Commercial Business unit, as well as leadership of environmental remediation activities, environmental compliance, energy efficiency and resource conservation for the U.S. and Canadian commercial operations, including Off the Road Tire, Agricultural Services and Mileage Solutions. She is experienced with OSHA and MSHA regulations as well as TIA Commercial Tire Standards.

Since joining Bridgestone in the Retail Group in 1997, Hamlin has conceptualized, developed and implemented a scrap tire management program in response to a voluntary tire safety recall, a program so successful it was published as part of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) TREAD Act. Additionally, she was instrumental in the development of the Bridgestone Tires4ward program, which works to assure that for every new tire Bridgestone sells in the U.S., one used tire is recovered and put to valuable new use. She also spearheads and organizes volunteer community clean up events for the company.

In addition to her current role as Director of Operations, Hamlin is currently Secretary on the Board of the Tire Industry Association (TIA) and is the incumbent president in 2025. Ms. Hamlin is actively engaged in numerous committees within TIA including training and education, environmental advisory committee (Chair), governmental affairs, NextGen and the Electric Vehicle Advisory Counsel (EVAC). She is President/CEO of the Associate Assistance Fund for BSRO, which is a program designed to assist fellow Teammates in their time of need. She is active in the Bridgestone Women Women’s Initiative Network (BWIN) and is spearheading initiatives to partner with Women In Trucking (WIT) association as well. BWIN is an Employee Resource Group within Bridgestone focused on advancing and developing engagement, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Ms. Hamlin also sits on the Board of the Scrap Tire Research and Education Foundation, Inc.

Brad Johnson, PhD is Professor of Psychology in the Department of Leadership, Ethics and Law at the United States Naval Academy, and a Faculty Associate in the Graduate School of Education at Johns Hopkins University. A clinical psychologist, Dr. Johnson is a mentoring expert specializing in developing gender-inclusive mentoring cultures for organizations around the globe. Bothwell Mazarura is the Chief Financial Officer at Kumba Iron Ore, a position he held since September 2017. David Smith, PhD, is co-author of, Good Guys: How Men Can Be Better Allies for Women in the Workplace and Associate Professor of Sociology in the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. A former Navy pilot, Dr. Smith led diverse organizations of women and men culminating in command of a squadron in combat and flew more than 3,000 hours over 30 years including combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. As a sociologist trained in military sociology and social psychology, he focuses his research in gender, work, and family issues including gender bias in performance evaluations, dual career families, military families, women in the military, and retention of women. He is the co-author of Athena Rising: How and Why Men Should Mentor Women and numerous journal articles and book chapters that focus on gender and the workplace.

In her former role, Susan Stith was responsible for shaping and steering enterprise-wide diversity, equity, inclusion, philanthropic, and community outreach programs and led efforts to recruit, retain and develop diverse talent at Cigna and Express Scripts. In addition, she managed national nonprofit partnerships and directed the civic affairs function including community outreach, programming, funding, and employee volunteerism.

Both programs, Building Equity & Equality – a five-year initiative to expand, accelerate and measure Cigna’s support for diversity, inclusion, equality and equity for communities of color – and the Brave of Heart Fund, in partnership with New York Life and the New York Life Foundation, honoring families of frontline healthcare workers who lost their lives from COVID-19, were important milestones during a time of national unrest.

Susan’s career in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) spans various industries and dates to the early 2000s, well before most companies were having important conversations around DEI. At Express Scripts, Susan’s work to help cultivate, sustain, and grow an environment in which people of all backgrounds could flourish led her to create the Experience Diversity Summit, an annual event featuring nationally recognized thought leaders and storytellers designed to connect ideas, people, and experiences in new and unique ways.

During her tenure at Cigna, Susan launched the Enterprise DEI Council, the Diversity Scorecard Report and the Global Women’s Leadership Summit and reached #14 (2022) on DiversityInc’s Top 50 list, which recognizes the nation’s top companies in diversity and inclusion management.

Susan has been honored by national publications and organizations such as Diversity Woman Magazine’s Elite 100, Black Enterprise’s Top Executives in Corporate Diversity, Diversity Plus magazine’s Top 25 Women Impacting Diversity, Diversity Woman’s Top 50 Diversity Champions, and Savoy, among others.

Susan connects her passion with purpose and is a current member of several boards, including the Greater St. Louis United Way, the Gateway Arch Park Foundation and The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis and is an advisory member of the National Council for Washington University in St. Louis’ Brown School and Institute for Public Health. She previously served on the boards of the Starkloff Disability Institute and the Arts and Education Council.

Susan earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
